5 STEPS

1. To request an additional test to be performed, click the Add New Test button on the patient's result window.

2. Browse through the Common Add Ons or All Add Ons lists to locate the test(s) you would like to request.

3. You can also use the Search feature to locate your test(s) by code, name, or category.

4. Once you've located the test you would like to request, click the Add Test button.

5. Enter your full name and phone number, and then click the submit button.
