7 STEPS

1. Start by launching the client communication feature for the specific results you would like to share with your client.

2. Make a selection for all of the results. The ones missing a selection will appear with a red asterisk. Normal results will default to no concern but you can always change the pre-selection.

3. Proceed with entering your information and your notification preference.

4. Don't worry, your cell phone number or email will not be shared directly with the client.

5. Enter a comment or select from a saved canned message to save time. Once all mandatory information is filled out, you will be able to click on Send to client.

6. Last step is to verify your client information by selecting the preferred communication style. Ensure that the email or cell phone number is accurate or enter it if never entered previously. Once completed, simply tap on the save & send button.

7. A confirmation message will appear, tap Okay to close the window. Please note that you can access all of your communications in the clinic or accession log features.
