7 STEPS

1. Start by launching the client communication feature for the specific results you would like to share with your client.

2. Make a selection for all of the results. The ones missing a selection will appear with a red asterisk. Normal results will default to no concern but you can always change the pre-selection.

3. Proceed with entering your information and your notification preference.

4. Don't worry, your cell phone number or email will not be shared directly with the client.

5. Enter a comment or select from a saved canned message to save time.

6. Select save as a draft.

Step 6 image

7. Tap Okay. That's it your client communication was saved as a draft. You can resume editing it at a time that is more convenient to you from the clinic log or accession log option.
