14 STEPS
1. HealthTracks has fully automated the add on capability. Here is how to initiate an add on request. From the Antech Online web portal, Click on the purple Healthtracks banner at the top center of the page.
2. Navigate to the results for the patient which you would like to request the Add-On test.
3. Scroll up and click the Add/Recheck Test button
4. Select the Add a Test option from the drop down.
5. Locate the test you would like to add to your initial diagnostic order and select the Add Test button on the right side. You can repeat for any additional test needed.
6. Depending on the date your sample was sent to the lab, you may see a sample stability reminder. You can proceed if you would like by selecting the Continue button or you can cancel.
7. Once your add on order is complete, Click Continue to process.
8. Enter in the name of the person who is creating the request then click Submit Add On.
9. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message with a confirmation number.
10. You can close the window by selecting the X.
11. If you wish to verify your add on details, you can select the 3 dot button on the right side of the screen.
12. Select the accession log option from the drop down.
13. Locate the add on that was processed and click on it to expand details.
