6 STEPS
1. To cancel an order, you can select the Lab ordering option on the top navigation bar.
2. select order history, from the dropdown menu options
3. All of your order history can be found on this view. From here, you will need to locate the order that you wish to cancel. Once located, select the 3 vertical dot icon on the right side.
4. You will need to select the cancel order option to cancel this accession. Please note that an order that has been received can't be canceled and the option will be grayed out.
5. You will see a confirmation pop up banner at the top of the screen and you can select the X to close.
6. Or you can review the status as it will reflect as cancelled in this case.
