8 STEPS

1. During the finalization of a new order, you will need to confirm the samples you will be submitting to help prevent losing time or results due to a missing sample. Simply tap on the click to add samples or the pencil icon to do so.

2. Once the form opens, it will automatically default to selecting the required sample types based on your test selection. Simply verify to confirm these are accurate and make any adjustments.

3. If you do not have all of the required samples and plan on sending later, you can check the sending later box to let our staff know that it will be submitted at a later date.

4. You can also opt to send additional samples if you suspect you may want to add on a test based on initial results.

5. Simply select the sample type from the dropdown.

6. Enter the quantity you plan to send.

7. Once done, you can tap on save to confirm your submissions.

8. Tap place order. That's it your order is initiated.
