8 STEPS

1. HealthTracks has enabled a new canned message builder option. This feature will help you save time when sending Client communications. To access this feature, simply click on the settings gear icon at the top right side of the screen.

2. Select canned message builder from the drop-down menu.

3. Select the create new message option.

4. Populate a title so you can easily distinguish it from others and then type the comment you wish to leverage in the body text area.

5. Once the title and comment entered are satisfactory, you can select save message.

6. From the message builder screen you will see a pop up to indicate the message was created.

7. Once you refresh the screen the new message will appear in your list.

8. That's it. You're done. You can create as many messages as you wish. These can be leveraged during the creation of your client communication.
