11 STEPS

1. Reference Laboratory supply order capability is now available in HealthTracks. To initiate an order, simply click the supply order option in the top navigation bar.

2. From the drop down, select the New Supply Order option.

3. The supply category will default to view all and will display all items in a card view.

4. but you can refine your search by selecting one of the drop down category options.

5. Locate the items and select the quantity that you need to obtain to submit your samples to the reference laboratory.

6. Once your selection is made, you can tap on add to cart.

7. Repeat the steps for each items you wish to order.

8. To finish your order, select the cart icon in the top right side of the screen.

9. From the drop down, select supply orders cart option.

10. Once you have reviewed your order, you can select the submit order button to complete your order.

11. An order confirmation message will appear. You are done, your order has been processed.
