14 STEPS
1. To login into healthtracks.com, you can simply enter your Clinic ID as 20243, Username and Password.
Tip: Username and password are cap sensitive.
2. You can select the Remember Me option to save you time in the future.
3. Tap Log In. You are ready to start your HealthTracks adventure.
4. Select the support tools option from the main navigation.
5. Select "Impersonation" from the drop down.
6. Enter the Antech ID and/or any additional detail in the search field, should you want to narrow the search. Then tap on search button.
7. Select the correct account.
8. The dates always filter to the last 7 days for practice search efficiency, since you are likely looking for older result, you will need to select the time filter.
9. Select custom date option from the drop down.
10. Select the year drop down.
11. Select 2022 to allow for a full year of data.
12. Then tap apply.
13. You can now type or copy the accession number and tap enter.
14. You are ready to review results by selecting the accession.
