7 STEPS
1. If you would like to become a new HealthTracks user, navigate to https://www.healthtracks.com/ and select Need to Register.
2. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Once you are ready to proceed, you simply have to select the Accept All Agreements option.
3. Enter all of the required information. Please note that the Account number required is your Antech Account number and you can locate this in your email notification.
4. Enter your email and password and then confirm the information entered. The password needs to be a minimum of 10 characters and meet at least one of the additional requirements listed.
5. Select the "Are you a Veterinarian" if applicable.
6. Once all information is entered and confirmed, simply click on submit. Your request has been submitted to your account admin for approval.
7. Please note that admin approval time can vary and if you are the first user in your clinic, you will be registered as the admin for your clinic.
